Let’s Get Started

Welcome to the OctoFit Kickstart Program. We are excited to offer you a free 6 week program to get you started with OctoFit. These workouts were designed to get your muscles firing and your heart pumping. OctoFit is the first and only all-in-one, at-home workout solution to address all of the ACSM recommendations and all of the most critical components of fitness required by the human body to achieve its maximum potential.

WEEK 1

Welcome to week 1. This workout is designed to target your entire body and to begin building your strength base you will need for weeks 3 and 4. Let’s get after it!

WEEK 2

Welcome to week 2. This week work on introducing the intermediate exercises in full body 1. These moves are sure to challenge your balance and your endurance.

WEEK 3

Welcome to week 3. This week we get more specific with your upper body and lower body workouts. Get ready for work. This workout is designed to target your upper body, abs, and core.

WEEK 4

Welcome to week 4! This week is where the magic begins to happen. You should start to feel your strength increase. Don’t back off now! Push yourself to increase your resistance by switching out your bands.

Welcome to week 6. This week looks much like last week but should feel very different. Continue to challenge your endurance by upping your resistance bands. You should be using mostly black bands.
